This role involves supporting the product development of novel food products. This individual will learn how to create, develop, and test vegan products at the proof of concept and through the commercialization stage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on work to explore and optimize ingredients in formulations and processes of manufacturing food
- Understand food chemistry and how to apply what has been learned in coursework to practical culinary and product development formulations
- Schedule: 7am-4pm
