Messina Group seeks a Project Manager to join our client’s Program Management team and drive elements of our global, cross-division transformation initiative. This initiative is an exciting leading-edge program that will build a digital thread from engineering to manufacturing that will enable us to engage and collaborate with customers and design, and deliver world-class products, solutions, and value.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate the PMO as part of the broader PMO / Team:
    • Maintain one or more project plans, including schedule, including critical path, milestones, dependencies, and activities.
    • Drive the rhythm of business in one or more tracks, including identification and follow-up for action items, meetings, issues, and risk mitigations.
    • Assist with managing program financials, including maintenance of the budget, forecast, and actuals, variance analysis, and recommend financial risk mitigations.
    • Facilitate and improve team productivity, including tracking ways of working, the rhythm of business, meeting cadence, norms, participation, notes, and project artifacts.  
  • Assist in the development and deployment of the PMO Operating Model, including processes, technologies, templates, work instructions, tools that will assist in managing stakeholders, scope, schedule, risk, cost, value realization, progress tracking, and reporting, and extended team.
  • Assist track leads and value stream executives in the execution of their project plans, including organizing work, collaborating on assignments, status, administration, and collaboration.
  • Manage changes to the program, including identifying necessary cost, schedule, scope changes, identifying and documenting options and impacts, and driving approved changes into the program.
