The Senior Project Manager to be responsible for managing the implementation of new Trade Promotion Management capabilities while in parallel managing specific projects that support the right-sizing of external and internal data assets to support the wider Trade Optimization program. This role will report to the US Trade Optimization program manager. This role will lead the scope control, the development (including the integration with other systems), the testing, the rollout of the application. The project manager will be responsible to ensure the activities are delivered as per plan, will put in place the appropriate metric to control the progress, and will communicate progress and risk to the relevant stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management and successful delivery of all phases of TPM implementation to support the Trade Optimization deployment approach.
- Management and successful delivery of specific data asset and reporting projects that support the long-term Trade Optimization program. Specific reporting projects include the replacement of existing GSV and Trade solutions
- Management of each project using agile delivery approach which is integrated with internal developer and external vendor teams ways of working and planning
- Work with the business experts to define the scope for the different implementations across the entire USA organization.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for the program.
- Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality for the project
- Develop, review and approve project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met for the project
- Responsible for coordinating testing and ensuring the solution meets the business requirement.
- Partner with other project managers in the program to build consistent end-to-end testing.
- Work with the internal team to deliver fit-for-purpose integration with satellite systems.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by the technical team before passing them to the business for approval.
- Identifies and manages project risk for the project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately for the project
- Own weekly status reports and communications and inputs (including risk escalation) to individual steering committees

- Proven large full life-cycle project implementations
- Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies
- Ability to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of a project
- Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and track progress and resources
- Capable of managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs in a timely manner
- Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to work in teams
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking and follow-through
